❌ No Refunds
Once an order is delivered, we’re unable to offer refunds. Credit notes will be issued instead. Thank you for understanding 💛
🔁 Exchange with a Smile
- Exchanges are offered only for size or product-related issues.
- Please raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery via our website.
- The outfit should be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags & original packaging intact 👗🎀
🚚 Sending It Back
- Reverse pickup is not arranged by LalaLand.
- Customers are requested to arrange the return shipment after approval.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer 📦
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items purchased during sales, discounts, or exhibitions cannot be exchanged.
